Neal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice over thirty years.

He earned a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Immaculate Conception Seminary at Seton Hall University. He received a post masters Certificate in Family Therapy from the Family Institute of New Jersey.

Neal provides psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families from a Cognitive Behavioral approach. The scope of his clinical practice includes managing anxiety and depression, working through life transitions, coping with life threatening illness and bereavement. Through the implementation of Forgiveness Therapy, Neal encourages couples to heal past hurts and work towards strengthening their marital relationship.
